Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations cancelled less than 48 prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a $40 charge for the first night of the reservation. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and "no-shows" will be charged the full cost of the first night's rate.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in a few of our rooms. If you are bringing a pet, please select a room that includes "Pets Allowed" as one of the room's amenities. There is no extra charge for pets, however, guests will be responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking Policy
There is no smoking in any of the guest rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors in the chairs next to your room or in the patio area. Smoking in your room will result in a minimum $35 charge.
